Under Georgia Law, the Atlanta, GA DUI court uses a six-person jury to decide cases. Visitors can park at the Underground Parking Deck across from Martin Luther King Drive or use one of the many nearby parking decks and surface lots that are available.
There are two satellite locations for Fulton Count’s Magistrate Courts. The North Annex is at 7741 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30350, while the South Annex is located at 5600 Stonewall Tell Drive, College Park, GA 30349. Honorable Victoria Moran is the Magistrate Judge for the North Annex and Honorable Sterling Eaves is the Magistrate Judge for the South Annex.
